System Lock

The project must maintain one canonical system architecture.

• docs/system/index.md defines the Meta System and lifecycle.
• docs/system/graph.md provides the canonical text diagram.
• docs/index.md contains only the system-wide homepage summary.
• Layer pages may define their own transformation contract but must not introduce a competing lifecycle.
